Planning flower arrangements for a special event (be it a wedding, birthday, anniversary or funeral) can be very expensive if you employ the skills of a florist, but if you are willing to give it a go yourself, you can save yourself a significant amount of money.

Mother Nature’s Way

STARTS AT £70 for 2 flower arrangers buckets

(More buckets possible at £35 per bucket)

Put your trust in us to gather flowers, fillers & foliage that are in season in a mixture of colours.

Each bucket will contain 60 stems of a mix of flowers, fillers & foilage.

PYO ‘event’ FLOWERS

STARTS AT £80 for 2 flower arrangers buckets

(More buckets possible at £40 per bucket)

Come and pick flowers, fillers and foliage that you would like to realise your dream theme for your planned event on a weekday.

This option allows two people to come and pick flowers.

If you would like more people to accompany you, there will be a charge of £5 per additional person.

Please email us, to arrange a weekday date to pick flowers.

PLEASE NOTE. This option also includes a guided tour of our farm with Rachelle, who will also guide you on how best to cut the flowers.

EVENT FLOWERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

TO ENSURE YOU HAVE A MERRI EXPERIENCE

1) Bookings.

Our DIY Wedding Flowers are available between the months of July to September

When you contact us, please let us know the date of your event, so we can let you know if we can supply flowers to you, please contact us via email (info.merriflowers@gmail.com) to make sure the date is available.

2) Deposit & Payment Requests

(a) Deposit Request.

If you wish to purchase flowers from our farm, there is a £70/£80 deposit payable for booking the date which act as part of your full payment. Your deposit is equal to two buckets of flowers, fillers & foliage.

The deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable (see cancellations for more for more details)

(b) FULL purchase Request.

Your order should be received and paid in FULL no later than 3 weeks prior to collecting your order.

3) Postponements or Cancellations by you

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, the following refund terms apply:

28+ days = Full refund, minus £60/£80 deposit

27 to 15 days = 75% refund, minus £60/£80 deposit

14 to 7 days = 50% refund, minus £60/£80 deposit

Less than 7 days = 0% refund.

4) Flower Quantities.

A Picked for you £35 bucket will contain 60 stems, consisting of 50% (30) Flowers, 25% (15)Fillers and 25% (15)Foliage. Stems are gathered according to what is available in a mix of colours.

When you come and PYO Flowers, we request that you gather approx. 60 stems for £40, consisting of a mix of flowers, fillers and foliage.

5) Property

If you visit our farm, we accept no responsibility for any property left or lost on the premises during or after your visit.
